Investors can make up to 10.25% return on their investment. In a market that is constantly in flux, locking in an non-correlated investment that provides a high, fixed return can be a sanctuary in the storm.
Flexibility
Yrefy offers five different investment options each having strong fixed returns. For investors who elect a shorter investment term, Yrefy offers a very handsome “Roll-up” feature, allowing the investor to lock-in any interest earned at the end of their term, and then roll-up to a longer term.
Roll-up Example
The investor has elected the three-year term. At the end of the term, they would like to roll-up to the five-year term. Yrefy will lock in the interest earned in the first three years, and then roll-up to the five-year term, giving the investor two more years at the five-year rate (10.25%), for a total of five years.
Investor Portal
Our robust investor portal allows the investor maximum control and flexibility by offering a laddered income structure or mixing and matching investment durations. Investors can turn interest income on or off, up or down, as often as monthly, in each term invested. The investor portal allows investors to create simulations and run calculations on income and reinvestment.
